Job Title: Assistant Brand Producer
Team: Marketing
Reporting into: Brands Project Manager
Working Model: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Studio
Position Overview
The Junior Brand Producer plays an important role in supporting the delivery of brand and marketing projects across the Studio, helping to keep creative workflows organised, projects moving, and assets delivered to a high standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual looking to build a career in brand and marketing project management within a creative, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and eager to contribute to the development and delivery of standout creative work as part of our brand team.
Reporting to the Brand Projects Manager, and working closely with the Brand Producer, this role will provide essential support in delivering projects across a range of campaigns, assets, and markets.
The role is for 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Brand Projects Manager and Brand Producer in the delivery of a wide-range of brand projects, contributing to creative concept development, project planning, briefing, execution, and delivery.
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across brand projects, including research, planning, trafficking, and general project organisation.
Help ensure creative assets are on-brand and are properly organised and archived.
Assist with managing incoming creative briefs and projects, including those related to content design, video, and copy.
Support project scheduling by helping to track timelines, priorities, and team capacity.
Support the day-to-day management of the team’s project management system (e.g., Wrike), keeping timelines, schedules, and project updates up to date. .
Carry out research on competitor brands and industry trends, sharing key insights with the wider team.
Support stakeholder communication by collecting and sharing feedback, following up on actions, and helping to manage expectations.
Support coordination with external agencies, helping to manage feedback, asset delivery and day-to-day communications as directed. Provide coordination and administrative support for invoicing, vendor onboarding and contract processes, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up where required. Assist with capturing game footage for marketing use where required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
At least 1 years' experience supporting brand or marketing projects, ideally in a project coordination or assistant capacity.
A basic understanding of brand, design, marketing, or advertising principles and processes.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Able to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced team environment.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
Desirable
Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike
Some exposure to agency, design, content, or marketing workflows
An interest in gaming and/or football would be an advantage.
